MINDstyle x Disney Experiment 626 Stitch by Angry Woebots @ SDCC + Online (7.19)
After five plus years and over six million visits, we're pleased to announce a very special Vinyl Pulse exclusive for SDCC --- Disney's Experiment 626 Stitch Project ‘Angry’ version designed by Angry Woebots and produced by MINDstyle, limited to 300 pieces.
When we asked Woebots to create an exclusive colorway of his wildly popular Stitch Series One vinyl, he instinctively came up with this design that enhances and amplifies the visceral appeal of his original figure. As the splatters attest, this Stitch means business.
We're pleasantly amazed to be able to offer you an exclusive Disney collectible figure interpreted by one of our favorite artists. The ‘Angry’ Stitch will be available during SDCC at the Silent Stage booth (#4929). Angry Woebots will be signing on Thursday (7.23) from 11 AM to 1 PM and Friday (7.24) from 1 PM to 3 PM.

Buff Monster x Brian Ewing – Eye of the Serpent Print @ SDCC
Buff Monster and Brian Ewing will release their collab ‘Eye of the Serpent’ print @ SDCC in booth #433. Limited to 200 signed and numbered prints, this 18" x 24” print is a reworking of the artists’ previous concert poster for Faith No More. Brian and Buff will be signing on Friday (12-1 PM) and Saturday (4-5 PM) at booth #433.
Nathan Hamill -- tyrannoCECILrex
Nathan Hamill will release his new hand-painted dino resin, tyrannoCECILrex, @ SDCC on Friday, July 23rd. This OG colorway is limited to 8 pieces and will include a mini print; get it for $80. Nathan will be signing @ the Strangekiss booth (#4637) on Saturday, 7.24 from 3 –4 PM. This new piece will look great next to Boris, Nathan’s first figure.
Bigshot Toyworks – Upcoming Products to be shown @ SDCC
Bigshot Toyworks has plenty in store for SDCC. In addition to the release of the first edition of Jeff Soto’s Seeker (Hi-Fructose Exclusive Ghost Seeker, Bigshot will display upcoming products throughout the ‘con:
- Travis Louie’s Uncle Six Eyes first shown at last year’s show has since evolved into a 10” bust and will be shown in prototype form @ the Hi-Fructose booth (#4939).
- The prototype for the upcoming Skeleton Head resin bust (upper left) from Mike Mignola will be shown at the artist’s booth (#4901).
- Circa Survive has commissioned a new elaborate statue (upper right) based on the Esao Andrews painting which graced their ‘Blue Sky Noise’ album. The proto will be shown at the Hi-Fructose booth.
- The 2nd gray colorway of the Misfortunate Travelers resin from Chris Ryniak and Jonathan Bergeron will be shown at DKE.
- Both editions of the soon-to-be released Scary Girl reins from Nathan Jurevicius will be shown at DKE.

Gargamel @ SDCC 2010
We haven’t heard much news about what Gargamel will be bringing to SDCC, but they have been sharing some teasers to make a lot of people happy. I spy with my little eye, some Pocket Helpers, Globbys, Zags, Ojo Rojos, Hujili's Ghost, and a Micro Ooze Bat. We cannot wait to see what else they will have at their booth (#4739).
Max Toy Company @ SDCC 2010
Mark Nagata will be bringing plenty of Max Toy Company goodies with him to SDCC this year. Mark will be at the StrangeCo booth (#4629) on Thursday, July 22nd from 11AM – 2PM and at the Rotofugi booth (#4836) on Friday, July 23rd from 10AM – Noon. He will have available tons of custom figures, as well as some special surprises. For the customs up for grabs, Mark used Matt Walker’s Monstor Kolor Paint to brighten things up a bit. Drilone @ SDCC 2010
Drilone has been sweating blood, vinyl, and paint to prepare for this years Comic Con. He will be exhibiting a ton of customs and when I say ton, I mean it! On exhibit will be a variety of figures including: Dunny’s, Fatima, Mad*L, Gwins, IWG Figures, and many more. You will be able find all of these customs at the Dragatomi booth (#3848). Lysol @ SDCC 2010
Lysol just released news that his Gread figures will be an exclusive for this years SDCC. They will be available at the Dragatomi booth (#3848). He made two versions, The Zombie Gread and a clear Gread with blue eyes. They are $25 each and and limited to only 5 in each colorway.
Raje Toys x Patricio Oliver – Beast Rider Update
Raje Toys just updated their blog with a colored 3D rendering of Patricio Oliver’s Beat Rider. Seems as though they are moving progressively fast and that the release of this figure will be out very soon. I’d like to see some pictures of the rider of the beast!
