Super7 x Jeremy Whiteaker – Fire Robo (07.03)
There seems to be a new edition to Super7’s Monster Family. They introduce to us Fire Robo, a fire fighting Robot created by real life fireman and artist Jeremy Whiteaker. He will make his debut in black vinyl with silver, red, and blue spray this weekend on Saturday, July 3rd at 11AM PST at Super7 SF & FL, as well as their distribution stores. The Fire Robo will retail at $30 a piece.
ToyQube x Andrew Bell –- Exclusive O-No Sushi (7.9)
ToyQube will release their exclusive yellow O-No Sushi (150 pcs) from Andrew Bell on July 9th with an in-store signing from the head chef himself from 7-9 PM. The figures will also be sold online from ToyQube’s online store starting at 1 PM on the 9th. The bill? $34.99.

Mike Burnett x Thunderdog Studios – Mini-Mutts
Thunderdog Studios has released the new Mini-Mutts figures (1”, abs) designed by Mike Burnett. Take the original Thundermutt shape, shrink it down and add Mike’s vision and you have the Mini-Mutts. Shown above against a backdrop of the OG Thundermutts, there are five different designs – some edgy while others are more laid-back. Each ships with a keychain and T-dog strap. Limited to 200 of each design, the mini Mutts are available now directly from the Thunderdog web shop for $14.99 each or $65 for all five.

Nakanari – Custom ‘Cybor Shocker’ Eggcore
To celebrate the impending launch of the incredibly detailed Eggcore Rabbit figure, 909Toy and VTSS have organized a custom show featuring international talent which will take place later this summer in China. For his custom, Nakanari created ‘Cybor Shocker’ which plays off the two halves of the toy nicely – both the organic and the intricate robotic side. The use of different colors throughout the robotic side really draws attention to the figure’s tremendous detail. Nicely done.

Kathie Olivas – Masao Skelve @ SDCC
Circus Posterous is clearly ready for SDCC. Today, Kathie Olivas unveiled the new Masao Skelve with the tell-tale polka dot suit.. Very nice. This one is limited to 30 pieces, hand-painted by Kathie herself. It will be available at the Super7 booth for $250. In other Skelve news, look for mini skleve customs – ahh, aren’t they cute (after the jump).

Mike Sutfin x Reckless Toys – Mad Battle Man SDCC ‘Dusk’ Teaser #3
Ahhh… Finally a shot of the face of the SDCC ‘Dusk’ edition of Mike Sutfin’s Mad Battle Man from Reckless Toys. Full shots will be posted by fellow blogger and friend Kirkland Jue of Toybot Studios tomorrow, so why post this now? Because we can and oh, we dig the toy. As a reminder, these teaser shots are of Mike’s hand-done paint master. We hear the factory paints are quite good as a result of Mike taking the time to document his process step by step. Looking forward to seeing the production pieces.
