Ashley Wood x 3A – Little Shadow drops on March 18th
The Ashley Wood and 3A cult juggernaut is gearing up once again. Little Shadow, the second Adventure Kartel figure following the Tommy release, is slated to drop on March 18th @ 5:59 PM PDT @ Bambaland. Ashley is fond of teasing photos of a new release and that’s definitely the case with Little Shadow. We could put these pics into the ol’ image editor and crank the lighting, but we’ll leave that as an exercise for you. Here’s what’s known, this is a Bambaland only release (no retail), the standard figure will come with both heels and sneakers (a girl needs her options), this is not your sister’s Barbie, and the price is $80. When Little Shadow steps out from hers, will be sure to rock those pics as well. Should be soon.

Reactor-88 for the Bic Buddy Custom Show
For the Bic Buddy Custom Show, Reactor-88 went with his signature totem style yet flipped things up with a rarely seen color palette from him. Instead of his tried and true red, white, blue and black this 8” piece rocks a warm color scheme with rich colors – gold and brown mixed with white and black for contrast.
The Bic Buddy Custom Show will cover both coasts with the first show in Los Angeles @ Crewest (3.27, 6 to 9 PM) and then in Brooklyn @ Zakka (4.9, 6 to 9 PM).

Seen: Mr. Toast Party @ Japan LA
On Saturday (3.13), Dan Goodsell the man behind the happy go-lucky Mr. Toast made his way over to Japan LA in Hollywood for the Mr. Toast Party. He was joined by Mr. Toast himself, who made an appearance and gladly took pictures with his adoring public. Quite a few fans showed up for party, many of whom were still in line well after the start of the event.
As you might imagine, collectors had plenty of Mr. Toast merch to choose from including plush and apparel. As a cool bonus, the first 100 people who bought Mr. Toast of one sort or another came away with a free goodie bag. Dan signed and sketched for folks who seemed quite happy to partake in all the Toast. Finally continuing the toast theme, the Grilled Cheese truck was parked outside for those that needed a quick meal. While I had some doubts about gourmet grilled cheese (that seems super silly when typed out btw), I’m happy to report that the grilled mac+cheese is pretty awesome.
