Bwana Spoons x Gargamel – Eaton Lives! (3.12.10)
After yesterday’s tease, the Rainbow Master (Bwana Spoons) has unveiled Eaton Lives!, a new production edition of Kikyoka Ikeda’s Eaton figure from Gargamel. Keen toy fans will notice this new Eaton has different and yet very familiar arms. Peculiar? Not really. In fact it fits right in with the lore of Eaton. You see in reality Eaton is only the head, the rest is his ‘spirit’ so to speak. Eaton greedily and voraciously devours random unsuspecting monsters, eats their brains, and takes over their bodies. And here we thought Eaton was kinda cute…
Eaton Lives! drops this Friday, March 12th @ Noon PST over in Bwana’s online shop. Each figure in this small production run is slightly different.

Scribe Print Set (3.12)
Silent Stage Gallery is about release a set of two prints from D. Ross (Scribe) featuring mock Vanity Fair images of his debonair characters in their full Steampunk grandeur. Limited to 25 sets, the 8” x 10” prints are printed on 300 gsm museum paper and will be released this Friday, March 12th @ 1 PM PDT for $75/set from the Silent Stage web shop in the collectibles section. Great images @ a very reasonable price.
Vinyl Addiction Launch Party (4.3)
Vinyl Addiction (Myx), the only television show dedicated to designer toys, will celebrate its first season with a loaded Launch Party on Saturday April 3rd (7-10 PM) @ the happenin’ New People hub in SF’s Little Tokyo. This promises to be one of the key parties for Wondercon (4.2 – 4.4). Come for VA on the big screen, live music + drinks, plenty of free door prizes (including an Ozomahtli Ghost Edition fig), and the chance to be part of an upcoming VA episode.
