Emilio Garcia – Camo Jumping Brains @ Kaiju Comrades 2 (3.12)
Following the success of the Kaiju Comrades show last March, curator Mark Nagata is back at it with Kaiju Comrades 2 opening on March 12th @ the Design Festa Gallery in Tokyo. The exhibition features original art, custom toys, and of course exclusives from a loaded roster.
For his part, Emilio Garcia has created three special hand-painted Camo editions of his Jumping Brain resin figure – Jungle, Navy and Desert. Limited to 5 pieces each, these look really sharp. Even in plain white (like the one in our office), the Jumping Brain is eye-catching. These special editions push the cerebral amphibian into a whole new pond.
Vinyl Pulse is proud to be a sponsor of Kaiju Comrades 2. Look for a fat preview on Monday.

Vinyl Addiction Online Excerpt: Interview with Chris Lee
While we’re stoked about Vinyl Addiction, the only TV show dedicated to designer toys, the only slight downside is that many of you don’t have access to Myx and so can’t watch it (yet). Thankfully, show host / artist Jesse Hernandez has just uploaded the Chris Lee segment which aired as part of Episode 4 a few weeks ago. Enjoy.
