After continual development, Steve Talkowski’s original self-produced  Sketchbot vinyl figure is ready for his official drop.  Things kick off with the Sketchbot Custom Show opening on Friday, March 26th, 2010 (6-9 PM) @ myplasticheartnyc. Fifty  artists will offer up their takes on the Sketchbot figure --

Vinyl Addiction Episode 7 : NYC

Season One of Vinyl Addiction,  TV’s only show dedicated to the world of vinyl toys, picks up steam as episode #7 debuts tonight (8 PM Pacific) on Myx.  This one is all about NYC – host Jesse Hernandez checks out the Billy Bananas show, chats with Lev of Toy Tokyo, the boys from Interspecatular and Tristan Eaton. Watch it on the following channels:  Comcast Channel 368 in the California Bay Area, Cox Ch. 479 (Orange County) and Cox Ch. 464 (Northern Virginia).  It’s also on DirecTV – Channel 2067.  So if you have one of those channels – watch it or set up your TIVO.
