Japan’s Zac-Pac is currently celebrating the 2nd anniversary of its Daikanyama location. They’ve released several exclusive editions of existing figures. Up next is something special – their own exclusive Weird Monster Hand of S’K’UM-kun designed by Knuckle. This creation is based on Zac-Pac’s S’K’UM-kun character (after the jump) also created by Knuckle. This handful is available as a resin figure in 4 editions – full color hand-painted by Knuckle (19950 yen, ~ $221), Ivory (8190 yen, $ 91), Red (8190 yen, ~ $91) and Black (8190 yen, ~ $91). The full color version is an homage to Jim Phillip’s iconic Screaming Hand as well Suicidal Tendencies. Sharp collectors will note that Jim’s Screaming Hand has already received the vinyl treatment from Garageworks Industries.
The new Weird Monster Hand of S’K’UM-kun resin drops February 6th at the Daikanyama store and online on 2.8 @ Noon. For overseas orders, drop a line to request@xacpac.ne.jp. While the hand is nicely done, we’d also like to see a S’K’UM-kun figure as well. The hot rod style aesthetic is sorely lacking these days.
