Stephane Levallois -- Toxic Candies
Since we first spied the upcoming Toxic Candies figures from Stephane Levallois, Artoyz Originals has made good progress going from the initial sculpts to what look like painted protos of Sweety and Licorice. Very nice – especially Sweety, great shape, expression and nice color scheme. This series of individually sold figures tape out at a medium size (4.5” – 6”). These confections are slated to drop in February with an exhibition from Stephane Levallois at Artoyz.
Sam Fout x Argonaut Resins – Bone Ghost Agent Wave 1 WIP
Sam Fout is currently working on the first wave of his Bone Ghost Agent resins with Argonaut resins. The above photo of the agent’s heads (backsides) reveals that the first wave will feature five figures – each a different color. Shouldn’t be long now until a full reveal.
Ashley Wood x 3A – Tommy Mission & Korma Zomb set
Fresh off the sold out success of the AK Tommy Mission figure, Ashley Wood and ThreeA is offering a special 2-figure set (ed. of 100) featuring Tommy Mission wearing a special set exclusive Tee and a a Korma colored ‘rogue’ Zomb (suit and flesh tone). Available now @ Bambaland for $150, this one will be staggered throughout – so if you don’t see it in the store, keep checking.
Ashley Wood x 3A – Tommy Mission Sold Out
Ashley Wood’s second Adventure Kartel 1:6 figure, Tommy Mission, from ThreeA went on sale on New Year’s eve and has since sold out. Two main versions of this Bambaland exclusive figure were offered – emo and tracky (track suit). Apparently Tommy also comes in minor variants with different Tees. Missed him ? You have at least one more chance – the Darklands Set will drop sometime on the 2nd (most likely GMT time) featuring Tommy Mission (new tee) and a Boiler Zomb in a Yellow suit.

Gargamel 2010 Lucky Bags! (1.03)
Please disregard the silhouette photo from last year Gargamel LB, but this years 2010 Lucky Bags should be brand new! This may mean new figures, handpaints, unpainteds, the whole nine! The Lucky Bags will be available on January 3rd or after at the following retailers: Super7 SF, Super7 FL, myplasticheart, Rotofugi, 5&A Dime, Art Toyz, LuLuBell, Wootini, Red Hot Robot, Ultrapop, and Toy Tokyo. No teasers have been given out at this point, which makes us wonder what surprises they have in store. Each bag will be available for $325 each, but we know it is going to be well worth it. Quantities will be very limited at each site, so be sure not to sleep!
Pocket Series Deathra, Zagoran, & Smogun (1.03)
Tomorrow Gargamel will be releasing their very popular pocket series kaiju figures. Available will be the Pocket Deathra and Smogun in a clear green vinyl, as well as the Zagoran in a clear red vinyl. These will retail for $50 for the set. This should be also hitting the Super7 store and their distro shops soon.
