Fresh off the ‘sold out’ success of his Kid Dragon figure, comes Sam Flores’s Wyger, his second original art toy commemorating Upper Playground’s 10th Anniversary. Produced by the Loyal Subjects, Wyger offers a compelling interpretation of Upper Playground’s walrus mascot brought to life seamlessly in Sam’s signature aesthetic. Blending elements of a Walrus and a Tiger, Wyger features the tusks of the former and overall appearance of the latter.
Standing 8” tall, Wyger utilizes detailed gradient blending and stripe detail for a ‘natural’ look that is faithful to Flores’s design. The first orange edition shown here is limited to 500 pieces and is available now for preorder from Upper Playground and the Loyal Subjects for $78.50. Wyger will ship in a double-sided window box featuring spot UV details and a gold foil backing card.
In addition to this first Orange edition, The Loyal Subjects will release two additional Wygers including an Upper Playground exclusive.
