Preview: Kidrobot's Munnyworld Exhibition (11.13 - 11.15)
Kidrobot's mammoth Munnyworld Exhibition (flier) opens Thursday evening (11.12) and runs through the 15th @ the Eloquent Delinquents Gallery in NYC. The show is chock full of top-notch custom figures by some of the biggest names in the scene. Here's a fistfull of previews featuring Amanda Visell (Mega Munny, above), Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, BukuBuku (Mega Munny), Cool Vader (Mega Munny) and Jesse Hernandez (Big Bub).

Brent Nolasco for Vivisect -- Adore
The annual Vivisect Playset art show curated by Luke Chueh comes to an end with number six (flier) opening on Black Friday – November 27th, 2009 (7 to 10 PM) @ Gallery 1988 LA. There’s some great art waiting in the wings for this one including sweet toy customs. Here’s a look at Brent Nolasco’s Adore -- a mashup of the Vivisect Playset mini figs done with acrylic paint, aves sculpt and found objects. Too cool -- cute with just a touch of eccentricity that makes all the difference.

Arbito, Leecifer, and Chauskoskis for the Custom Yoka Bear Show @ Designer Con (11.21)
This years Designer Con will host a custom show featuring the Adfunture’s Mini Yoka Bear as it’s platform. Tons of artists were invited to participate and here are a few we stumbled upon via the interweb. Above you can see Leecifer’s Pooh Spider Yoka, which is an odd but amazing mix of party Pooh Bear and spider. We also have Arbito’s submission entitled Stink Fry, which is a very suiting name. Considering how it seems as though he hasn’t taken a shower in quite some time. Lastly we have Walter Jacott aka Chauskoskis with RigoBerto Mortis. This dead super hero also comes with a nice little story that you can find after the jump along with more pictures.
