SDCC 09 – Hi-Fructose Signing Schedule and Releases
Hi-Fructose will be doing big things at Comic Con this year. Tons of amazing artists, tons of prints, and tons of awesome releases. At the Hi-Fructose Booth (#4939) you get a chance to meet Nathan Spoor, Lola, Camilla d'Errico, Chris Ryniak, Attaboy, Travis Louie, Brian McCarty, Edwin Ushiro, Luke Chueh, Scott Musgrove, and Brandi Milne as well as few unannounced special guests. They will also have limited edition prints, Mark Ryden’s YHWH figure, Hi-Fructose vol.12, Attaboy’s Talking Gooberry, Travis Louie’s “Curiosities” SDCC exclusive book, and rare back issues.
[PRESS] All exclusive prints are complimentary while they last to those with HF stamped badges at each signing. Stamps are given to those who make a purchase of $25 or more at the booth and good for all signings. (for example: Buying the new Travis Louie book or HF Collected Edition on wednesday night gives you a stamp making you elligible for ALL six plus giclee prints if you show up at each signing from Wednesday- Sunday, while they last.)
SDCC 09 – Cardboard Spaceship x Hello, Brute’s Scouts
Last year Hello, Brute released The Klepties at the Cardboard Spaceship booth for SDCC. He is back once again and has been working on some new customs with a new theme that you can only snag exclusively through the Cardboard Spaceship Booth (#3521). Jon Knox has been working hard on a batch of scout themed customs on previous character platforms and we ere delighted to see a preview of the Jeffrey Scout and Brute Scout. Unfortunately he will not be attending the con, but we hope to get him out there next year!
TTF 09 – Groninger Museum Bear Qees
Among the many new figures on display at Toy2R’s booth, these two Qees done for the Groninger Museum in the Netherlands caught our eye. Very nice – from the super shiny metallic-like surfaces to the simulated mosaic pattern. These will apparently be available later in the year.

SDCC 09 – DKE x Crazy Label’s Mini Treeson Set
The DKE booth (#4732) will be the place to be to get your hands on the Mini Treeson Set. The only other place you could have purchased to, was at last weekends TTF. They have held aside only 50 sets for SDCC for $20 a set.
SDCC 09 – Le Merde Mini’s & ZEU BROS T-Shirts
Spied on Le Merde’s blog were some more goodies for all the Le Merdiacs attending SDCC. Le Merde is also working with Emmett Potter and with their powers combined they form ZEU BROS. Who will be releasing t-shirts exclusively at the con.
