As with the Mono SK3 figures, these MINDstyle editions are a follow-up to the original Jordon 049 x 023 figures which debuted last year at Michael Lau’s CSBOOTH 15 and drove collectors to resort to eBay and the secondary market for the heavily coveted 023 editions. The MINDstyle 023 editions feature Washington Wizard-ish Unis and are available in two colors – blue and the much rarer white.
Both the Blue and White Michael Lau x MINDstye Jordon 023 figures were offered today to members of MINDstyle’s art toy society. If you’re not a member of ATS, your chance comes this Friday (3.13) when a very limited quantity will be available in-store @ De La Barracuda on Melrose (the new official source for Michael Lau x MINDstyle releases) and online from Vinyl Pulse Exclusives @ 6PM PDT. The demand for these figures through ATS has been very strong – stay sharp if you want to pick these up from the public drop.
