Behind-The-Scenes: Amanda Visell's Birthday Dragon

Amanda Visell will release her hand-painted Birthday Dragon resin figures [ed. of 25] on her birthday -- this Thursday,  March 26th, 2009 [7 PM] at the Switcheroo workshop.   Amanda's resins have proven popular with collectors, in part because she hand paints them to ensure that they are not merely a translation of her art, but are in fact her art.  So before the pics of her completed piece are revealed, here's a behind-the-scenes look at the process of transforming the blank resins into Birthday Dragons.
