Here’s a look at Chris Ryniak’s custom Stitch done for Disney’s Stitch Experiment 626 Project Custom Art Tour. Through the use of custom sculpted-elements and paint, Chris has transformed the special edition blank DIY Stitch into a sad but adorable creature. As with many of Chris’s creatures, first glances can be misleading. What at first appears to be a sad puppy like creature is upon a closer examination a mysterious creature with a green horned underside. The textures throughout add an extra does of ‘reality’ to his unreal creation.
The tour organized by MINDstyle will visit NYC in February at the Showroom NYC. Several new pieces will join the tour with the NYC stop including Chris’s.
