DSC01558

Huck Gee has two releases lined up for this Friday @ Noon PDT in his  eBay  store.  First up is #6 in his Bootleg series.  This one is limited to 25 pieces and will set you back $100.  What is it? You’ll have to buy it and see.    Rounding out the releases is the delayed drop of the Barrleman Puto A/P’s (the last 15 of 30 total A/P’s).  Each is signed and numbered and is also $100.

Jared Deal’s Halloween Resin - YAT

vlad_final_final_tease

YAT (Yet Another Tease) of Jared Deal’s Halloween themed resin figure.  Since we’re right about to the final reveal, this shot shows quite a bit include the bat dude’s face and the sweet coffin box.  This release is all about special – low run, hand-painted figures, hand-made and hand-painted boxes.  As a final touch, the figure will come with a certificate of authenticity signed  (in a black wax sealed envelope) by Jared and Eric Nocella of Argonaut Studios who handled the sculpting and casting on this project.  Dig all the effort that’s gone into this special ghoulish project.

Kaijin – Fulcraim Chrysalis (10.11)

FC-Chrysalis-1

We dig Kaijin’s funky Fulcraim figure from One Up.  This new Chrysalis edition just might be the best yet.  It’s a mix of silver glitter + clear vinyl set off really nicely with white and pink accents.  Beautiful.  This one has a slightly larger run than previous editions at 95 pieces and will set you back 6930 yen (~ $69) .  This is 100% Japanese vinyl – naturally.    In case you’re wondering, One Up does take overseas orders by email – we’ve had nothing but great results buying from them.

Ogi -- Toy Sculptures for Blender (10.11)

DSC_1134-Edit-2

Ogi has created an army of new clay toy sculptures for Blender, the first group show to be held at  Cerasoli : LeBasse.  We're really impressed with these figures including the winged demo and the various tweaked mecha monster dudes.    Check out DailyduJour for a look at Ogi's installation for the show as well as some insights into his paintings.
