Baby Tattooville '08 - 10 in One Print

Baby Tattooville '08 is in the books.  The event ended today with the handing out of each attendee's goodie bags loaded with highly collectible art items including drawings from Dave Cooper, Ana Bagayan, Daniel Peacock and Brandi Milne.  Additional items include the Art Jam print (18 x 24", ed. of 100) on canvas and this 10 in One Print shown above featuring art from all ten featured artists including Ana Bagayan, Glenn Barr, Dave Cooper, Bob Dob, Joe Ledbetter, Brandi Milne, Daniel Peacock, Shag, Amy Sol and Michael Whelan.  The original art featured in this print was available for sale as part of the Beyond Baby Tattooville reception held Saturday night at the Riverside Art Museum.  Check out pics + coverage of the show over at DailyduJour.

Baby Tattooville '09 is shaping up to be a great event with  Bob Self of Baby Tattoo's announcement of the first three featured artists --Audrey Kawasaki, Travis Louie, and Elizabeth McGrath.

Ken Keirns – 10” MADL for MADL Citizens

Ken Keirns’s uncanny photographic surrealist painting  style is in full effect on his custom 10” MADL done for the upcoming MADL Citizens show. Having seen Ken’s original paintings up close, we’re a little sad we won’t see this custom up close and personal.  Pretty sure the pics while great don’t really do it full justice.
