New Prints from Cameron Tiede
Cameron Tiede has just lifted the lid on his new Smoke Signals (above) and Thunder Harvest (below) prints. Both print images are taken from the original Analog Punch paintings shown recently @ La Luz De Jesus. Cameron continues to keep his prices low and his edition sizes even lower – each print is $60 and limited to 25 signed and numbered pieces. Buy both for $100 + free shipping. Both prints are now available for pre-order and will ship the first week of August. Past print drops have sold out quickly, expect the same with these two drops.
Itokin Park – Mikazukin SPs for SDCC
Itokin Park better known as Itokin Park will be making the trip to SDCC – his first show/signing in the USA. As you may know, he’s signing the Super7 exclusive Himalans on Friday, July 25th @ 4 PM in the S7 booth (#4729 ).
He’s also bringing five Mikazukin SP’s (specials) including his colorfully eclectic tribute to Japan pictured above. The stripes appear to be riffs off the rays in the Japanese flag and the blue gradient fade head design honors Fujiyama (tallest mountain in Japan). It sounds like the other four customs will feature Tiger Stripes and GID Stripes designs. Prices for the Mikazukin SP’s are not yet set. We’re not sure when these will be dropped, but they are sure to sell in a flash. Click through for a reverse view.

MAD @ SDCC
MAD is going to be one busy man at this years SDCC. At the Mindstyle/Kaching Brands Booth (#4249), MAD will have a debut release of his Sharpest Sprayer Figures. MAD will be signing at 1:30 PM on Thursday. So be sure to be one of the first to get your hands on this amazing new series. On Friday we get to see more of MAD at the Cardboard Spaceship booth (#4737) signing and sketching and showing off his print collaboration with graffiti artist Scribe. These prints will be available at 11 AM and limited to 50 prints, these prints cleverly contain a speaking bubble pre-signed by both MAD and Scribe. Also on Friday Toyqube booth (#4837) MAD will have available his two exclusives for TQ, his GID Blank Blue Mad*L (100 pieces) and his Ninja Mad*L (500 pieces). His scheduled signing will be at 1 PM on Friday,and also available through TQ will be both his Cappa Kansers. Once again we will see him once more signing for TQ on Saturday at 11 Am. Do not forget to stop by the DKE booth (#4731) as SOLID’s official distributor they will have Blank DIY Mad*L and Mad*L Pillow Heads on display.
Gargamel @ SDCC
More goodies have been revealed by the good folks of Gargamel on their blog. We are looking at a huge army of GID Zagorans, Clear Deathras, Zagoran Tanks, and a eraser set (Hedo, Zag, Smogun). Gargamel booth (#4739) will have all these guys on display and on sale for all the SDCC attendees. Hoping to see more surprises when the day comes. More photos after the jump.

Rotofugi @ SDCC
All the way from Chi-town Rotofugi will be embracing us with their presence at SDCC. Theyare brining some goods from Shawnimals and Veggiesomething. From the House Of Liu series the Monk – Rotofugi Version [Via Andy Woo] will be available, produced by Crazy Label this piece will be of an Edition of 48 for $85. From Shawnimal we are getting an Exclusive Wee Sticker Pork Dumpling – Caliente Version and Ninjatown Macho Micro Plush. The Wee Sticker by Adfunture will be an Edition of 300 with the price of $30. Rotofugi will also have available their Blind Bags containing a Ninjatown Macho Micro Plush with a Run of 1000 each for $7. So be sure to stop by and say hello to the good folks of Rotofugi.
Original Villains x Mimoco – SDCC Vimobot
The funky and irrepressible Original Villains have honed their skills to produce a 20 piece limited edition SDCC Exclusive OVN Vimobot in collusion with Mimoco. Only 14 of these golden devices with a vintage NYC subway token on the face are available.. Got your cash ready? Not this time. You’ll have to REALLY work for these – specifically match wits with Vectar the Intolerable (the funky dude wearing the purple helmet, yo.) @ booth #4938. If you’re dazed and confused, let’s just say that the omnipresent Sucklord is pulling the strings once again.
Claudio Sanchez – Kill Audio Vinyl @ SDCC
Claudio Sanchez, the lead signer of alternative/progressive rock band Coheed and Cambria, created the Kill Audio vinyl figure concept as an alter-ego of sorts. The ensuing web comic weaves together the story behind Kill Audio. Beyond the strong resemblance to Claudio, the highlight of the figure has to be the numerous knives that slide in and out of the figure – hours of horrific fun.
Kill audio will be available shortly in both a black/white edition and a rarer bloody edition from Claudio’s new toy company, VinylCut. If you want your fix now and want the rarest of the rarest (who doesnt?), check out the SDCC exclusive gold colorway (100 pcs) dropping @ the Image Comics booth (#2729) – it’s on the right in the pic above.
