Bil BetsOvic’s BetXO Minis

Bil BetsOvic brings his wayward animal kingdom to life with the BetXO stackable mini-fig line coming shortly from BIC Plastics.  As Bil explains, this motley crew of wild animals depends on one another for survival -- “In the wild king dumb -There is a place for a group of orphaned animals, some have no arms, some have no legs! BUT they never give up and continue to help each other out, life is amazing! You never know in this combo, take a bet with your LOVE.”

The blind-boxed BetXO series  features pairs of 2” stackable animal pals (the top figure is interchangeable). There are twelve figures in all – six top animals (Mouse, Eagle, Lion, Rabbit, Monkey and Kangaroo [not shown]) and six base animals (Dog, Elephant, Pig, Hippo, Bear and White Bear [not shown]).   

Each blind box features a combo of one top animal and one bottom animal – two 2” figures per box.  Cool concept that shakes the blind-box concept up a bit and should drive case mappers bonkers.  Our favorite is the Bunny – somehow that feels like BetsO’s signature character. It’s  great to see an artist make a name with customs and then make the jump to a whole series of production figures. Finally, an artist series is expected after this first BetXO series.
