Kenn Munk for Limited Edition (3.14.08)

Limited Edition, a group art and toy show organized by Vinyl Abuse and its members, opens on March 14th, 2008 @ Go Go Plastic (inside the Custard Factory) in Birmingham, UK.  Cleverly named, the show will assist the efforts to protect endangered species by raising awareness of the grave situation and donating the proceeds from art sales to charities working to halt the demise of animal species worldwide.

Scandinavian artist Kenn Munk created a new Polar Bear paper toy kit for the show.  As Kenn mentions, this species of Polar Bear is fairly tame -- the biggest risk of injury is a paper cut (oh and they really dig ice cream).  He's contributed 100 of the poster-sized Polar Bear paper toy kits to the cause.  Collectors, art fans, and animal lovers only need the kit, scissors glue and a few hours and they'll have themselves one sweet polar bear paper toy and the satisfaction of knowing they helped make a difference.  Kenn's created some sweet paper toy kits in the past including Antlor - The Deer Departed (will be included in some of the gift bags ) and the recent followup Antlor - SecuriTV.
