Get A Grip featuring custom versions of Kano’s Moneygrip figure from over 40 artists opened this past Friday (1.25.08) @ myplasticheartnyc. The crowd turned out in big numbers filling the store/gallery for most of the night. Snare worked up a sweet video of the opening and we also have some nice pics courtesy of show artist Steve Talkowski (flickr) and mph.
There are some great pieces in the show and most are available at very reasonable prices. The show runs through February 20th, so if you missed it there’s still time to go check it out. The available Moneygrips will be up on myplasticheart.com soon, perhaps as early as Tuesday (1.28.08).
