The official release of the Vivisect Playset Mini-fig Series produced by STRANGEco in conjunction with Gallery 1988 goes down on Saturday, January 26th (6-9 pm) @ Gallery 1988 in Los Angeles. Luke Chueh’s figure, Mugs Bunny, dons a removable mask (same across editions) and comes in three editions — each with a different head sculpt. There’s one standard edition (2nd from left) and two chases (ragged mouth and three eyes) which are randomly inserted into the blind-packed series. Contrary to what’s been floating on the ‘net, all three Mugs Bunny figures packed in the series have the same color scheme (grey/white).
It’s been two years in the making, but this is set to be one to remember. Come out for the official release and signing with the series artists on January 26th.
