Closeup - Craola's Upper Playground Walrus

Greg 'Craola' Simkins'  Upper Playground Walrus Vinyl was released late in '07 in three colorways by Ningyoushi -- blue argyle, mono Imscared.com exclusive, and a yellow Upper Playground exclusive.  Here's a closer look at Greg's interpretation of Upper Playground's mascot.  Being a toy geek, it's the details the matter.  The skin fold texture on the underside of the figure add a nice touch.  You may not be able to see them most of the time, but you know Greg took the time to put them there and that makes me smile.  In other details, both arms/flippers are articulated and the paint app is well done.

The standard Blue Argyle edition is limited to 500 pieces with an SRP of $68.00.  It's available directly from Ningyoushi and other retailers.  More pics after the jump.
