Under the Influence: A Tribute to Stan Lee

Gallery 1988 will host a massive group art show honoring legendary Marvel comics creator Stan Lee on Tuesday, January 8th from 7 to 11 PM.  Under the Influence: A Tribute to Stan Lee will feature original paintings from roughly 100 artists including Amanda Visell, Angry Woebots,  Cameron Tiede, Chris Reccardi, Greg "Craola" Simkins, Luke Chueh, Travis Lampe and scores more.  Stan Lee will make an appearance at the opening -- definitely a must see event.

The Marvel universe is chock full of characters from the iconic superheros and villains to the cool but lesser known characters.  This quick preview should get you pumped for the show thought it has us wondering if the misunderstood (villians) will get some burn in the spotlight.
