Fight for Flight @ Thinkspace (1.4.08)
Thinkspace and the Animal Protection Institute (API) will present Fight for Flight, a special two-day group show celebrating National Bird Day. The show opens on Friday, January 4th, 2008 (7 - 11PM) and continues on Saturday, the fifth (National Bird Day) from noon to 6 PM with a family friendly afternoon session featuring a coloring contest for children and information from the API.
A diverse group of 40+ artists including Andy Kehoe, Bwana Spoons, Caia Koopman, Matt Dangler, Panni Malek, Paul Barnes, and Reuben Rude will capture the majesty of birds and flight in original works. Twenty percent of art sales will be donated to the API.
