Dean Bradley’s Mainframe Drops in October

Dean Bradley’s Mainframe figure will drop from STRANGEco in October.  A native of Orange County (CA), Dean started drawing the Mainframe character after spending night after night in front of a screen as a graphic designer.  The mainframe project is a commentary and exploration the delicate balance between nature and technology.  Dean’s illustrations and graphic design work have appeared in work for Hurley  International, Fuel TV and his new beach lifestyle brand, Atwater Collection Clothing

Patterned after the original hand-made figures (mixing plastics in ones garage is a no-no…), the fully realized 10" vinyl versions feature the Mainframe character complete with axe.  The cables of the arms and legs which connect the various computer components together are made of flexible wire for extreme posability.    Mainframe will be available in three regular production colorways – Solid Orange (400 pcs), "Duck Season" Camouflage (500 pcs), and Hi-Gloss White (200 pcs).  The extremely limited SDCC ‘Night Rider’ edition will be released in limited numbers directly from STRANGEco soon.  The first two editions out of the chute are the Solid Orange ($54.99 SRP) and the "Duck Season" Camouflage ($64.99 SRP).
