Roman Dirge and Steven Daily - Peter the Pirate Squid

Peter the Pirate Squid, features a high seas adventure scribed by Roman Dirge, the creator of Lenore, and LA artist Steven Daily whose work has been featured in numerous fine art shows including I Am 8-Bit and more recently The Vader Project.  This project represents a first for both -- a children's book -- though perhaps not the sort you grew up with.  The story tells the tale of Peter, a squid, who seeks  the swashbuckling life of the eye-patched terrors of the sea, pirates.   Published by SLG, the 32-page square-format black and white children's book will be released in July.  So if you're a Dirge fan or a Daily fan curious to see what his wild imagination will create in this new format -- keep your eye out or preorder it from Amazon.
