The Hideous Plastic Boy by Doktor A

Doktor A will be showcasing his artwork -- customs and prints at both Higher Court  at the Tobacco Factory (Bristol) On March 4th and By Popular Demand (March 5th) at Severnshed  this weekend as part of the trio of UK shows which also includes Munny Shot.  Here's an exclusive look at the good Doktor's featured custom for Higher Court, Hideous Plastic Boy.  Celebrating the spectacle of circus freaks, Dok started with a Joe Ledbetter Firecat, brass, copper, steel, lead, acrylic rod, styrene, bamboo and parts from a Knucklebear and a Noupa.  As he has done many times, he wove these components together into a strong artistic statement with great flavor.

Dok will also have a Circus Punk, sculpture, and a few canvas pieces at Higher Court.  Be sure to check out the By Popular Demand prints by Doktor A and the other artists  over at Iksentrik.
