Designer Vinyl in the UK: Munny Shot and High Court (3.04.07)

‘The Biggest Vinyl Toy event the UK has ever seen’.  Seriously.  With a one-two punch of the massive Munny Shot and the stellar High Court, this is the essential toy event of the year.

First up, the Munny Shot custom extravaganza on March the 4th 2007, held in the Tobacco Factory’s cafe/gallery in Bristol, England.   Custom show?  Yes, but amped up to the nth degree. Munny Shot will showcase Kidrobot’s DIY Munny figure like never before with custom Munnys created by artists from around the world stacked wall to wall, floor to ceiling!   To really push things into the stratosphere,  the opening will feature live DJ’s and video mixing.  This is going to be massive toy party – wall to wall people including special guests such as Lunartic, Triclops, TADO, Clutter Magazine, Toy Baroness and more.

Finally, there’s a cool twist  – Munny Shot is also a competition.  On opening night, the huge array of entered Munnys will be judged by top artists and pros within the vinyl toy scene.  The top judged entries will be auctioned off to benefit the Baggator charity.  The proceeds will help Baggator realize its mission of assisting wayward Bristol youth.

Just when you think you’ve seen it all… High Court will be in session upstairs above Munny Shot, ensuring that March 4th, 2007 @ the Tobacco Factory  goes down as legendary.  High Court will feature customs and canvases from top artists including Sket One, Huck Gee, Mimic, Doktor A and PlaysKewl. 

So be sure to mark down March 4th, 2007 on your calendar for both Munny Shot and High Court – two can’t miss events.
