Cheshire Cat from Span of Sunset

Cheshire Cat from Span of Sunset

Here's a look at the Cheshire Cat vinyl, a collaboration between Disney and Span of Sunset.  Lewis Caroll's character from Alice in Wonderland is reborn into a 3d form through the art direction of Nathan Cabrera and the sculpting of Monster5.  The official world premiere will be at Gallery 1988 tonight as part of the Disney Remixed show, but we have this advanced look for you ;-)  There are several editions as can be seen below that will be released over time.  My favorite is the m. mouse variant (not sure what the official name will be).  The cats will be displayed in an incredible whimsical purple tree (complete with black light) created  by Julie B.  After the Disney Remixed show, the mystical tree will move to Disneyland where it will fit right in.  Thanks to Span of Sunset for allowing us to shoot and show these pictures of the upcoming Cheshire Cat!
