Tim Biskup's 8" Acid Head Dunny

How to make a must-have Dunny?

  • Have a top-flight artist design it.  Hmm...  Tim Biskup.  Check.
  • Keep the edition size under control.  Hmm...  1000.  Check.
  • Make it nice and affordable.   Hmm... $29.99 Check.
  • Make sure the design rocks.  Check -- without a doubt!

Tim Biskup's 8" Acid Head  Dunny drops (hah!)  on January 26th and is a Kidrobot and Rotofugi joint exclusive.  There will be a release party / signing at Rotofugi on Saturday, the 28th so if you live anywhere near Chicago, rejoice!  I love this design.  It's got the very familiar orange paint scheme but this is Biskup kicked up and livin' large on well...potent stuff. Check out the huge toothy grin ;-)  Of Biskup's platform toys, this is probably my favorite right up  there with Deco Plague.

Hhmmmm after seeing his Qees and 20" custom this is actually kind of dissapointing to me.

I mean it can't of been that hard to do the gradients on the 20" design if Toy2r can do it on 2" qee

I guess Okkle is a Biskup fan, but for me this the first Biskup piece that makes me go wow! I like his works and toys and this is different, and maybe more to my taste.
That grin... HAHAHAHAA!

Have to have one!

Sorry, got to agree with my boy Okkle there... a bit of a dissapointment. Theres something about the actual printing on the more recent dunnys that looks a bit bland and flat. It's lacking the details that make a great biskup piece. Not completely slating this... but when biskups 20" dunny custom was there as a template, I would have thought we'd have a more impressive outcome.
